Reference Desk hours begin today!
We will start our reference hours this afternoon!
We will have this desk staffed from 2-9 PM Monday-Thursday, and by appointment on Friday.
We have chat reference available from 8:00-ish to 9:00 PM Monday-Friday, as well.

ScienceDirect Schedule Outage on Saturday
Heads up: ScienceDirect will be down for scheduled maintenance from 7:30 am Saturday, August 25 until early Sunday, August 26.
Improvements to the interface and user experience include the following:
Efficient and effortless access to relevant information thanks to a new design for journal article and book chapter pages as well as improved user experience for e.g. RSS feeds, image search, and many other features and functionality

Classics in Audiobooks...on Youtube?
What if you could listen to classics - for literature classes, for intellectual bragging rights, or whatever - for free, wherever you have an internet connection?
You can.
I stumbled across CC Prose Audiobooks on Youtube, and I was pleasantly surprised at the library and quality of the collection. All of the books are in the public domain, so there isn't a copyright issue by reading these books online. They provide the text via closed caption, so you can read along on your computer or smartphone.

Fall Semester Hours Begin Today!
Welcome back, students and faculty! ALPHA classes began last night, and Day classes began this morning. That means we are back our normal operating schedule.
Monday-Thursday: 7:45-12:00 AM
Friday: 7:45-7:00 PM
Saturday: 12:00-5:00 PM
Sunday: 2:00-12:00 AM
